Bio: Budi is the visionary behind Juara Holding Group. After two decades managing some of Indonesia’s most iconic five-star resorts, he saw a need for a higher standard in the marine tourism sector. His passion for service excellence and deep love for his country’s natural heritage led him to establish a company that champions responsible luxury. Credentials: Certified PADI Divemaster, Licensed Tour Guide (HPI – Himpunan Pramuwisata Indonesia), Flores Tourism Board Member.
Bio: Born and raised in Labuan Bajo, Dewi possesses an unparalleled understanding of the Komodo archipelago. Her knowledge of the tides, currents, and secret coves is matched only by her deep relationships with the local communities. Dewi oversees all on-the-ground logistics, from vessel readiness and crew training to ensuring seamless port clearances with the local Syahbandar (Harbour Master).
